Flute Day with John Wubbenhorst
The Savannah Area Flute Association’s next Flute Day is November 14, 2026! Featuring special guest artist John Wubbenhorst, a specialist on both western flute and the bansuri, this year’s theme will be Flutes Around the World and will include flute workshops, recitals, exhibits, and SAFA’s flute choir concert. All events will take place at St. George’s Episcopal Church (15 Willow Rd., Savannah, GA, 31419). More info soon but save the date!
Flute Choir Rehearsals

Flute Donations
The Savannah Area Flute Association has a program to help students in need wanting to play the flute get an instrument. If you have an old student instrument that you no longer play or need, please consider donating it to a worthy cause. While a working instrument is preferred, flutes in all conditions would be greatly appreciated! A letter for tax deduction can also be provided upon request.
